the crew on Fox News called "The Five" did a segment on this very thing, and aired the radio ad today. Needless to say, it was not well received by the city dwellers - most particularly the untra leftist Bob Beckel, but the "conservatives as well.

Too bad it got "national exposure".

Actually, no. There are only certain activities which are illegal to discriminate. General discrimination is not against the law.

It is against the law to discriminate in employment, housing, or any activity or group where you receive Federal funds. There is no law stating it's illegal to discriminate in the teaching of a CHL class based on race or religion, unless you receive Federal funds to teach the class. Is it socially and/or morally wrong? Perhaps. But people discriminate all the time: social clubs, community organizations, etc. For example, you are not allowed to enter a Mormon Temple unless you're a Mormon - and one certified by your Bishop to be a Mormon in good standing at that. One could argue that's discrimination based on religion and they'd be right, yet it's perfectly legal.

Curious for my own understanding, what stops this same guy who let's say owns a restaurant from saying "NO *insert protected group here* allowed" ? This is what you see in all the history books happened in the south in the mid-1900s with "No Coloreds Allowed" signs etc., and that doesn't happen anymore. Why not? I thought there was a Federal law forbidding such signs.

Surely you know the difference between what race one is born and what political/religious position they chose...
Perhaps if you attend my lecture in Fort Worth on Nov 8th you might understand what I am opposing is a theocratic governmental syystem who's foundational book says "Kill Jews and Christians by Allah's leave."

Anyone born in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon?

No, he didn't....He said "non-Christian Arab" or Muslim. Not "non-Christian, Arab or Muslim" (I just re-listened to make sure...others do it too please and tell me what you hear). And where did I say that anyone of Arab descent was a terrorist? I have never made this about race. I have constantly said Islamist (a theocratic-governmental system) and never Arab (race). I have also preached for many multi-culural churches in 30 years. This is about theocratic governmental systems, never race.

I want to apologize for creating a stir by using terms for which many probably were not familiar with the usage of. I will cease after this, but please know that I am in no wise a racist and very much opposed to racism. The term "Islamist" does not mean a race or person from the middle east. It has to do with a person or system who hold to the Sharia based, Imim lead theocratic quasi religous governmental system. And yes, THAT is terrorist in nature.
