Heller LiveBlog on ScotusBlog

Post by HerbM »

63% of people watching the blog own more than 2 guns; another 3% own 1 or 2.
96% there for the Heller decision
53% are NOT members of the NRA

They didn't have an option for 50+ guns, so I had to vote for "more than 2"

Going cross-eyed from an excessive number of windows open simultaneously.

Anybody else watching the brady bunch for their reaction?

And I hardly followed OJ at all, except that it was the only thing on TV for days.

From SCOTUS Blog:

Tom Goldstein - It is striking that the decision is not clouded by ambiguity created by separate opinions. One opinion on each side.

From SCOTUS Blog:

Tom Goldstein - Apologies - there is a second dissenting opinion, but only one majority - no plurality and no concurrences.
