A Good Samaritan was seriously wounded in a Missouri incident. Luckily, another Good Samaritan who was armed came forward and saved the day.

That location is actually on the Kansas side, west of Overland Park, which is a fairly affluent area. There is a strip mall there with a Target and Khol's at that intersection.
