I agree on the "stalking" charge. You must first be charged/convicted of harrassment before stalking would apply. The Pepper Spray is a great idea. Some self defense classes and a CHL would be better. PM me and I can give you info. I am a 20 year cop, own a gun store and offer all of the above.
