I guess they don't think that military personnel are working men and women.

Jim, you could have just asked. You didn't need to get all mushy on my. :smilelol5:

TAM

This issue dates back to 1987. The below link gives a brief account of the dynamics and by reading between the lines, it's obvious that the ex-wife has issues. She is vindictive and if she lives to be 100 she will still be trying to exact revenge.

Seems that now Allred has egg on her face and she is claiming it's because she has been double crossed by the Boston Globe. I thought she had a little more on the ball then this, but I remember a few years ago when Greta Van Susteren had the attorneys as regulars on her show they would often ridicule Allred and make her the butt of their jokes. She would get mad and pout. It was obvious that they considered her out of her league back then. Oh well, hopefully the pustule has now been lanced. :smilelol5:

Re: His full Name is: Willard Mitt Romney

Allred is a total waste of humanity. She reminds me of a hyena.
Famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred will be in a Boston area courtroom Wednesday in an attempt to unseal the sworn testimony given by Republican Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, in a prior court case, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

"The Boston Globe is headed to court tomorrow morning for an emergency hearing in an attempt to obtain a court order to unseal the sworn testimony given by Mitt Romney in a prior court case and to lift a gag order so that the parties can speak about Romney. Gloria Allred will be in court representing one of the parties in the case," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.--http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2 ... -gag-order

Re: His full Name is: Willard Mitt Romney

Too much here for me to respond to but:
1. I am very concerned that obama will steal the election.
2. I do have concerns about the debate being skewered by the moderator.
3. I believe that history will treat Dubya very well. He got a bad rap due to a combination of the MSM & congress. Under the circumstances he did well domestically, and his foreign policy was very good. At the end of his term our country had a normal occurring recession that happens from time to time; and obama turned a spark into an inferno.
4. DONT FORGET EARLY VOTING STARTS NEXT MONDAY, OCTOBER 22. BE THERE ARE BE SQUARE!
5. And friends: There is less than a month until election day when the people will decide who will be the next President. The person elected will be the president of all Americans, not just the Democrats or the Republicans. It's time that we all need to come together, Democrats and Republicans alike, in a bi-partisan effort for America :

If you will support Mitt Romney, please drive with your headlights ON during the day.

If you support Barack Obama, please drive with your headlights OFF at night.

Together, we can make it happen

Re: His full Name is: Willard Mitt Romney

Interesting
I’m doubling down. Mitt Romney will win the presidency, and it won’t be close.

I’m predicting a 5 to 7 point popular vote victory. Electorally it won’t even be that close. Romney will win many states that went to Obama in 2008. I’m predicting Romney victories in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Virginia, Iowa, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, North Carolina, and Indiana. I predict a Romney victory by 100 to 120 electoral votes

Something to consider; as one of the healthiest economies in the U.S., and among the top 10 largest worldwide (havent checked since obama), Texas does not have an income tax.

I agree, but I don't think enough people see it like this for us to have much of a chance of getting it through.

I agree. Anyone who votes must have a vested interest in our country.

Tax penalty to hit nearly 6M uninsured people
By RICARDO ALONSO-ZALDIVAR, Associated Press – 53 minutes ago
WASHINGTON (AP) — Nearly 6 million Americans — most of them in the middle class — will face a tax penalty for not carrying medical coverage once President Barack Obama's health care overhaul law is fully in place, congressional budget analysts said Wednesday.

The new estimate amounts to an inconvenient fact for the administration, a reminder of what critics see as broken promises.

The numbers from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office are significantly higher than a previous projection by the same office in 2010, shortly after the law passed.

The earlier estimate found 4 million people would be affected in 2016, when the penalty is fully in effect. The difference — 2 million people— represents a 50 percent increase.

That's still only a sliver of the population, given that more than 150 million people currently are covered by employer plans. Nonetheless, in his first campaign for the White House, Obama pledged not to raise taxes on individuals making less than $200,000 a year and couples making less than $250,000.

And the budget office analysis found that nearly 80 percent of those who'll face the penalty would be making up to or less than five times the federal poverty level. Currently that would work out to $55,850 or less for an individual and $115,250 or less for a family of four.

Average penalty: about $1,200 in 2016.
I am uninsured. Come 2013, I get to start paying a fine so that the government can insure people who don't work.........and I'll still be uninsured. I most sincerely hope that Pelosi/Reed/Obama slowly choke on a roadkill skunk bone.
I fixed it for ya
