Re: President Trump tested Positive for Covid!

So, do you think the $1,500 Trump has paid in federal income tax over the last six years covered the cost of his treatment at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, or was he the beneficiary of government-administered socialist healthcare? And I don't understand why the doctors there didn't just administ...

This could have been any one of the many modern, striker-fired, pistols without thumb safeties, but if anyone ever asks you what the term “Glock leg“ means, just show them this picture.

Re: US didn't need to drop the atomic bomb on Japan

The conventional incendiary bombing of Tokyo (not to mention Kobe) killed more Japanese than the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombs combined. Ending the war this way, without a land invasion, or more fire-bombing, certainly saved many, many, American lives, but saved far more Japanese lives. We mus...

Re: Massive explosion in Beiruit today

All I can say is if it was ammonium nitrate something had to initiate the explosion. What I’m saying is that I don’t believe it was just plain ammonium nitrate. If it was what initiated it? Just fire alone shouldn’t. Didn’t a simple structure fire ignite the ammonium nitrate explosion in West, Tx, ...

Re: Report expired paper tags

Propped plates tells me the car is insured and inspected. Wouldn't want someone hitting my car that isn't insured. About 1 in 7 drivers in the Houston area is uninsured, so there is more than just your neighbor to worry about. It’s unfortunate, but that’s what uninsured motorist insurance is for.

Re: Trump Rally

SRO only in Tulsa, over 19,000; in fact, everyone stayed on their feet. This is wrong. BOK arena was only about 2/3 full - lots of empty seats. A stage was set up for Trump and Pence to address “overflow” crowd outside, but this was cancelled due to poor attendance. I don't know about the crowd ins...

Re: Calling the Police on Burglars “Comes from a Place of Privilege”

While I agree that the Minneapolis city council is naive, the video clip linked in the original post was cut short to misleadingly take the comment out of context. In the full statement, she explained (I’m paraphrasing) that while many people have the “privilege” of expecting that the police will a...

The “threatening” man is on the Board of Directors of the NYC Audubon Society. Signs posted that dogs must be on a leash. She falsely claimed to the 911 operator that he was threatening her life.

The judge or judges responsible for releasing him without restrictions are guilty of criminal negligence, possibly even manslaughter. They should also be sued in civil court.
