I work 12 hour shifts that are from 7pm to 7am. I sleep during the day when I work then transition back to normal people schedules on my 3-4 days ...

One issue may be that if you were actually arrested and didn't list it, they may send you a letter to provide a court disposition in which case you contact the court clerk of the county it happened.
