Re: HB 95 - Requires gun shops to report attempted buys. Makes knowingly attempt-to-buys illegal

If a person had some issue in their past, and were not sure if that would be a problem, they would be afraid to even try, as they could be arrested. That's why the Socialists want this passed. Re: Is this an antique gun part???

Re: In n Out Burger VS Whataburger

Before you get too excited about Whataburger, remember they are NOT 2nd Amendment-friendly. They have a policy against OC, which is fine, but they refuse to post, because they want to appear gun-friendly. They think it is better business to embarrass OCers when they come in.

Re: Judging books by their covers

Being safety-conscious means being slightly paranoid. When I stop to get gas, or come out of a store, I survey the parking lot. I do not plan to let trouble sneak up on me.

I think in the worst case scenario, you would be ineligible for 10 years, but you are well past that now.

Re: Bullying? Mean? Evil? What?

There is a certain percentage of the population that is twisted, sick, violent, have no concern for other people, or just scum. As the national population grows, that percentage gets bigger. That also means that law enforcement is, and will continue to be, a growth industry. Personally, I would like...

Re: No 51% sign in a 51% establishment...

If it is clearly a bar, I would not want to try to explain to a LEO that, although I took the LTC course, I somehow don't know that carry in a bar is illegal. Even if you beat the rap, expect to get the ride.

However, no charge for transportation. :woohoo
