Re: Pig Hunting

https://youtu.be/CO4y8zBcM6s This is from my buddy from fall harvest to spring planting. This isn't all the pigs he shot. He farms 1000 acres of corn and cotton on the Brazos River. It's a lot of fun to go with him and one day, I might have my own thermal so I don't have to borrow his or another bud...

Re: First time hog hunting advice

Pay attention to where your buddies are. It will be dark and depending on the moon, you may not be able to see them. Like bird hunting, focus on one at a time. Plan on follow up shots unless they won't be in the open, then make the first shot count. Make the first shot count anyway. If you do get on...

The compound from the air looked like a fort. Police said they were trying to avoid a Waco.
Obviously not a federal agency. We know how they like to shoot or burn citizens.

Re: Millenial Anti-Theft Device

I learned to drive in one of these. Most people under 40 probably have never seen a starter pedal. https://www.classics.martinsauto.com/7eoAuaE7iAa4/M11013.34.jpg Or a foot operated high beam switch. Or 4 wheel non powered drum brakes, no power steering, no air conditioning, and no cruise control. ...

Re: private property and the police

Any kids in the house? If not, gasoline and a match might work. Jk, maybe. :biggrinjester: I would definitely call dps or the rangers. No way I would want any fed alphabet agency running around my house. Sounds like the sheriff in our county growing up. Every election year there was always a major p...

Oh the Irony

I understand Ted was angry after the primaries and I can imagine publicly what Trump will say if he does come to Texas to campaign for Cruz, but I would love to hear what is said in private. I would think Trump will want more public support from Cruz in return for his help. Ted has been awfully quie...

If you have a three speed on the column, might as well leave the keys in it. 20 years ago in high school, my friends couldn't drive my truck.

Re: 3 D Printed guns in the news

I suppose you could print your very own blue guns too. That is actually what I am most excited about, lol! Getting some scale models so I can make 'blue gun' copies of my firearms for kyder holster making and training purposes. A repository would be great if anybody has the link. I think you got a ...

Re: 3 D Printed guns in the news

I have a 3D printer at work that uses plastic filament. I would consider it on the high end of that type of printer. A 3D printed gun is nothing more than a novelty. If one values their life, it would have to at the very least have a metal barrel. The media has the anti's worked up with the belief t...

Re: TX: Houston Methodist Doctor murdered by man on bike

It would be nice if we would wait and see what evidence is presented before the court of public opinion crucifies him. It is quite possible that they merely found someone with enough motive for them to decide "he is our guy". If they go to his house and find additional evidence, then sure, but list...

Re: FBI is our new DPD

The whole premise for the reduction in crime is to shut down a convince store under civil forfeiture due to the facilitation of crime. Have the people in charge ever thought that maybe the store owner is too afraid to tell the hoodlums to leave or maybe the illegal activity takes place after the sto...

Re: OH: Wife finds intruder in her bed holding a hatchet and.....oh just go RTWT

The intruder is 39 years old? Really? I've seen much older guys that look way younger than him. Nancy Reagan was right, kids, just say NO to drugs! I'm 39 and can only think that this guy has lived a hard life. Hard as in lots of booze, cigarettes, and probably drugs. Not hard as in he has a job an...

Re: CA Senator wants to "close the bullet button loophole"

There is at least 68,000 registered rifles with bullet buttons. The leftist can't figure out that if the AR was a legitimate problem, with at least 68,000, you would know if they were a problem. That's the number of new registrations in California. It doesn't include ARs converted to "featureless" ...
