Just be aware that your callsign is searchable in the FCC database and will reveal your personal info including your station address.
Which is why I think getting a plate with your call sign is a bad idea.

Where is the pawn shop? I’d love to check it out if it is close by and let you know if I’d pay $150. ;-)

Re: WTS - Benchmade 570 Presidio II

Congratulations, I’ve heard nothing but good about presidio.
You got to be careful though, if that’s your first benchmade blade that may just be gateway to more.... mine was 810 Contego and the collection grew from there...

Re: What knife do you carry?

TAM,

Benchmade 570 Presidio II Is a fine knife. I’ve looked for one coated black for a bit, as soon as I find one here locally, I’ll probably end up getting it. Yes, it’s that bad...

Re: What knife do you carry?

A more interesting question is how do you train to defend yourself with the edge weapon you EDC? Also a different question. A lot like your favorite pair of shoes is different question from how to use your shoes and feet for self defense. I'm carrying a Kershaw Leek now. Also, I'm wearing Aldo snea...

Re: What knife do you carry?

I carry a Benchmade 943 most of the time. If BM is out of your price range, Kershaw makes great knives which can be had for very reasonable prices. Since there seem to be a lot of Benchmade fans here, have y'all seen the new Crooked River Mini that's supposed to come out soon? I really like the reg...

Re: What knife do you carry?

I really like BM. My collection started with Contego and just kind of morphed from there. For weekends or outdoorsy stuff I like Adamas. That’s a tank of a knife. Most days I find myself with either infidel and Rift, or Infidel and Volli. Occasionally I throw in Contego as well. So, Glock, few mags,...

Re: H.R.38: National Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act

Thanks for the update and your work on this Chas.

I frequent Vermont quite often, it has always been a pain crossing NY, NJ, MD etc. especially since we would like to stop and spend a night or two upstate without worrying about getting arrested or hassled.

Re: KS:Witchta man dies after fake "Swatting" call

Did you noticed how far away the cops were from this guy? IMO, they were never under any significant threat no matter what his hands were doing or what he might have had in them. If they were in the yard close to him, I can see giving more leeway, but they were pretty far back. That is too trigger ...

Re: Anyone Watch "Live PD"?

I like how the cops always know who's "riding dirty". And the reasons to pull them over are hilarious.... License plate light not working, didn't signal for 2 sec before a lane change, riding a bicycle without a light,.... Then, no matter what reason for the stop, the idiot has two warrants, a 5 ti...
