Re: Primers???

Went to Cabelas in Ft Worth last week. They had a few primers and one box of 1000 LP magnum primers, which I purchased. No small primers of any type. They Did have some powder, purchased some 4350. Guess I was just lucky.

Re: Wilson Combat

I have one Wilson, purchased used. Dropped a new barrel and bushing in it.
Use at action pistol matches on occasion, but don’t EDC.
Carry a SR1911 Commander or a 1911 EMP 4” or a MP Shield.

Yep, usually and always on Sunday mornings.
It is an issue with confidence, I have confidence in my ability with my 1911s.

Re: Getting Started Reloading with Limited Space

I have limited space too, so I bolted the press to a thick piece of oak, them clamp to the table. It is solid. Can always unclamped and store it. Also, LE Wilson case gauges are great for rifle, I use Hornandy case gauges for pistol. I like Lee dies, although I have other brands too.

Good luck finding any.
I spoke to a friend who is an industrial engineer at a ammunition plant here in the US, they are having supply issues with primers.

Smith and Wesson makes the Shield EZ in 9mm.
This is my choice as well. My wife can handle this one well and the EZ-rack slide and magazine assist are easy for her to manipulate.
My wife has the Shield EZ 380, she likes it. The EZ 9mm might also be a good choice.

Re: TX: one dead at shooting during police protest in downtown Austin tonight

One other note.... “ KVUE's colleagues at Good Morning America interviewed Sheila Foster on Sunday morning. She said her son, Foster, was the man killed in the shooting. She said he and his fiancée have been participating in the protests for quite some time and were downtown Saturday night. ” So, di...

Re: Navy SEAL and Army Special Forces Operator discuss Fighting Rifle Setup

I enjoyed this discussion. Probably more than I need hardware wise, but really good suggestions.
I am fine with my red dot for home defense, and don’t think I need anything for more than 200 yds.
Thanks for posting!

Does this make Hawaii a far right state?
Lots of Hawaiian shirts worn over there!
