Maybe the Mexicans were testing the rules of engagement.

And now they're all felons, for possessing a piece of plastic (or metal) and a spring. Tragic.
That's true enough. It's also tragic that the libtard gun grabbing politicians will never understand why.

I can't imagine being surrounded by those kind of people for neighbors.

Situational awareness cannot be stressed enough! I applaud your instincts, and your actions. You will never know what their intentions were, but you will always know that you drove away safely.

Re: Property taxes

The very worst thing about property taxes are school bond elections. They want to build something, so they call an election to gain approval to borrow money by issuing bonds. Along with that bond issue comes an increase in taxes to pay off the bonds. In 10 or 20 years when the bonds are paid off, th...

Re: CA: Fed court strikes down 10 round mag limit

However this turns out, it is refreshing to see a Federal Judge in California stand up for the Constitution. I know further appeals and litigation will happen. But at least Sacramento is in a dither right now.

California Judge rules against Magazine Ban

US District Judge Roger Benitez has ruled that California's law banning ownership of magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds is unconstitutional. He was appointed by George W. Bush. I see two things unusual and very gratifying about this ruling. First, the law he struck down was approved by...

Re: Salon wants to ban bolt-action rifles

In my neck of the woods, a "Salon" is a place where women go to get their hair cut. I guess I'll have to admit that I am ignorant (uneducated) on what or who "Salon" is in current day culture. I won't say "modern" day culture, because the word modern tends to mean better and more advanced. But much ...

Re: TX: Up and coming Country Music singer dies in accidental shooting

This really makes no sense! Gun his pocket went off and caught him in the eye? Gun was in the pocket grip first?? Gun was suppose to be a prop but it's loaded with live ammo? There is obviously details that were not publicized. It ain't possible to shoot your self in your eye from your pocket. What...

Ok I am good with one state solution with citizenship rights for all Palestinians
As long as they fire rockets, I have no sympathy at all. I would punish anyone who fired rockets into my land. There will be no peace, or citizenship as long as lawless animal behavior is the norm.

SB 2146: School Carry

SB 2146 was filed on March 8 by Bob Hall. If I am reading the bill correctly, it would allow LTC holders to carry on all school campuses. (b) A license holder may carry a concealed handgun on or about the license holder's person while the license holder is on the campus of a school district or open-...
