Re: TX: Package bombs in Austin

I'm a big fan of LE, but APD is incompetent. After the first bomb/Victim, they came out and said the thought maybe he did himself messing around with explosives. Basically guessing and putting out false information. 10 days go by and not a word about the first. Then 2 more. IF they would have been h...

Re: My Leftist Son....! ? !

I'm taking an Ethics course right now as a requirement for a degree because I'm changing careers. I'm struggling to go to it because so far my professor has stated that, "one reason for the birth of philosophy is because of slavery. And that because of slavery, rich white people were allowed to sit ...

Re: Can it be?: We may lose more gun rights under Trump than Obama?

Exercising common sense and approaching these situations logically is what gun owners an 2nd amendments rights advocates need to do. This all or nothing mentality that is consuming our political discussions these days is stifling progress. Not only on the gun rights issue but also immigration, legal...

Need a question answered

My EDC is a Glock 19. Took my father to the range today to shoot a few rounds. He has a 1911...only.....and thinks all guns are the same, and are cleaned the same. Anyway, I let him field strip it with a little help and let him clean it. When finished, he thought he was grabbing hoopes oil and grabb...

Re: Ponder this...

Thanks for your thought provoking post. I'm going to take it one step further than corporate lobbyists and extend it to the Media as well; the entity I fell most unrest and division comes from. Take the recent unrest, counter protest, what have you in Charlottesville. How many of you out there were ...

Re: How Far Would You Go To Help?

I see a lot of justification not to intervene, based on fear... and a whole bunch of stupid hypotheticals. In this country, you do have the right to be afraid, or to cower, and not to come to aid a 50's/60's yr old man , and go to help him or not help him based on your own circumstances. What if you...

Re: ObamaCare and typical liberal hypocrisy

Apart from all of the subsidies, and other hand outs with Obamacare. This repeal and replace process is nauseating. It is beyond me that only a select few Senators (Cruz included) want or have included, in these proposals, to have the ability to buy/sell policies across state lines. This is Supply a...

Re: Fire Mission

I agree with his article. But why does it have to be a priority now, that reciprocity and the carrying of firearms is so important, and should be our focus because government officials were attacked. Anyone remember the Pulse nightclub attack. All of those people were at the mercy of the shooter and...

Re: LTC friendly movie theater

I refuse to go to the movies. I'm so disappointed in the quality of the movies and movie stars opening their mouths. If I have to go, it's because its a cartoony movie that my wife drags me to kicking and screaming for the kiddos. But I have to be able to CC. Good luck in your search.
