Having always been a 9mm fan myself I recently thought I would try a .40. So far I haven't been that impressed. With the recoil associated with a .40 I would rather just have a .45. Then you lose magazine capacity with the .40 also. But, I can also see the upside of the .40. I think it all comes ...

I’ve heard from a few people that say acetone free nail polish remover works well. I am a little hesitant to use acetone on the frame. I have no clue what kind of paint as I got the gun used and the previous owner says he didn’t paint it.

Paint Removal
Hello all, so I’ve recently gotten ahold of a Glock 17 Gen 4. It’s a great shooting gun. But the previous owner painted the frame. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with removing the paint and restoring the frame back to factory?
