Does not matter how many times you have been fingerprinted, you will have to do it again. I have been fingerprinted 5 times now, LEO, TX Insurance Adjuster license, LTC, LTC instructor and Florida Insurance Adjuster license. I became an LTC instructor 4 months after getting my LTC and I had to get fingerprinted for each. Pretty sure whoever owns L1/Morpho Trust/whatever-the-company-name-is-today is related to some congresscritter somewhere and is benefiting from a government enforced monopoly.
