Re: Noncompliance Kneecaps New Zealand's Gun Control Scheme

The banners still win. The gun owners go underground, skills deteriorate. Organized training becomes non-existant. The owners still live in fear of being found out. Re: TX:Spring man defends himself in robbery and kills one of two robbers

Deputies said one of the robbers was hit and had to be rushed to a hospital, where he later died.
Unlike robbers who are sent to prison, I guarantee this robber won't rob or rape anybody else.

Re: Fighting crime committed with guns

I'm not anti-gun so I don't think it matters what weapon they use. Aggravated robbery and aggravated assault convictions should (1) result in a heavier sentence than the base crime and (2) result in the same heavy sentence regardless of whether the criminal threatened their victim with a knife, a gu...

Re: 30.06/30.07 question

Technically if they do not post, you have a defense to prosecution. In my view that means it's not illegal. That is unless you consider carrying anywhere WITH LTC illegal, since 46.15 is ruled only a Defense to 46.02. :iagree: Reporting a missing 51% sign is as counterproductive as reporting a non-...

If a bump stock is a MG, then so is a binary trigger, and this is a SBR by similar Trump-style interpretation of the law. .

The same prosecutor would argue you knew the DACA dude was a prohibited person and the reason you did a bill of sale is because you wanted the alibi.
