Re: Speaker Bonnen's betrayal of Texas gun-owners

Dear Mr. Speaker, I look forward to the gun rights restoration bills you will push through the House with enough time to pass the Senate and be signed by the Governor. In particular, I look forward to your repeal of 46.035, which prevents licensed Texans from carrying a concealed handgun where every...

Until they repeal 46.035 and make ALL LTC exempt from 46.03, they're just rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Re: HB 1127 - Defense to prosecution for 30.06 violation for "Active Judicial Officers"

Re: HB 357 - Unlicensed Carry (Stickland)

Do Texas legislators take a special class on making things had to understand for non-lawyers? :banghead: What's wrong with a bill to amend 46.02 by deleting the red text? Sec. 46.02. UNLAWFUL CARRYING WEAPONS. (a) A person commits an offense if the person: (1) intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly...

Dickinson must have one heck of a chicken fried steak night. There was a 51% sign posted inside the door last night. That...
