As a CHL holder, if the Governor signs the bill, then as of September 1, 2011 you will be able to park in the uncontrolled section of the parking lot (outside of the secure area.)oilheadboxer wrote:I work for a large chemical company. The lot does have a guard house at the entry, however anyone can drive into our parking lot. Reading the bill, it isn't clear to me if I will be able to legally carry to work. I am a licensed CHL holder.
