I just cast my vote for yes. I've been interested in learning to reload for a while, but don't know anyone who does it and have always been hesitant to try to teach myself how to do it.

Is there anything weird about the way the Florida state constitution sets up the courts and the legislative powers that make this not extreme judicial overreach? Just curious.
