Update: I was able to get my LTC without any trouble.

...It's still absurd to me that a speeding ticket in Virginia is considered a Class 1 misdemeanor.
It is not just a 'speeding' ticket - that kind of behavior gets people killed. You own it!

Reckless driving in Virginia is a Class 1 misdemeanor, which is equivalent to a Class A in Texas. You will need to list it on your application, and get a certified copy of the disposition of the charge from the county in Virginia in which the offense occurred.
