Thanks. I'm pretty sure the terminology used when I received the letter ordering me to send my license to the state was "Suspension" not "Revoked"...I hope!! Now you got me thinking I need to find that letter ...

You're going to have to completely start over. As an added attraction, you need to submit the final disposition for your offense.
