There was an older post that was revived the other day about the NRA Marksmanship Qualification Program that I found quite informative (I had never heard of it). I called a local NRA instructor and arranged a private class to go over it with me and familiarize me with the terminology used.
As another forum member noted, it sounds like a great way to maximize the benefit of range time, especially with the cost of ammunition.
