Re: "Waiting Room"

... ... ... Do we have a list of hard counties? LOL Harris County is a big county, but is Harris County one of those hard counties? I doubt it. We would need a survey with enough data to analyze whose took the longest, and only viewing those individuals which counties in their living and working hi...

Re: Video released of Oklahoma bond agent fatally shooting man

I did not watch the video. Just reading the comments it sounds like maybe a failure of our judicial system? Overall, yes. I would almost assert that the posters here would unanimously say yes, "this is a failure of our judicial system". (The following are stipulation and hearsay...) 1. He...

Also, I just realized this is a sub-forum of the buy/sell/trade forum.

Mods, please feel free to move this thread to whatever location is most appropriate. I just figured the FFL guys could throw in here a bit easier.

Thanks

How to convince local (In-State) FFL to receive from out of state non-licensee?

Hello all, I am having a slight problem with my local FFLs. Despite the fact that it is clearly legal, I have had 3 different local gun shops tell me that a handgun from out of state must come from a licensed FFL and not a private individual. My only guess is that they are stating this due to USPS's...

Re: Video released of Oklahoma bond agent fatally shooting man

1st degree murder.... Not a chance. 3rd degree murder.... Extremely likely Manslaughter.... Definitely. I can't stand DA's that pursue their own fame and glory over justice. Should have been a third degree murder charge with a manslaughter plea deal offered IMO. Now a (apparent) murderer walks free...

Re: UT Austin - Question About Prospective Freshman Visit

Regarding concealed carry on campus, my understanding is that they are still responsible for posting signs at all 'off-limit' areas. It is also funny to me that their guidelines state this: We ask that concealed license holders remember that while they may be at ease carrying a handgun, many people ...
