I ended up calling my house rep. Received a call the same day from DPS saying that they went ahead and processed my application and that I would receive my license within 7-10 days.

Timeline as follows: Submitted Application on 10/10/18 Submitted Proof of Taking Class and Proficiency on 10/11/18 Fingerprints on 10/12/18 They received everything completely on 10/13/18, per my inquire on 10/20/18 Then nothing. I call on 11/5/18 only to find out that they only had begun to process...
