Re: On Campus CHL Course at Texas Tech
I am thrilled beyond belief that Kory and the others in this group continue forward in their endevors. As Charlton Heston asked in the Torch Without a Flame piece: Who will we pass the flame to, well we have torch bearers coming, and we have those like Kory who have picked up the torch and running w...

Re: Mexican Gunmen Fire on US Border Patrol
Back to the original post, I say mount 50's on all border patrol trucks. That way returning fire would leave a lasting impression. Seriously, it is time to take the gloves off and put up a defense. We are being invaded from the south, if the mexican goverment was involved, it would be an act of war.

Re: Gov Perry Endorsed by NRA and TSRA
The first thing I look at when it comes to state government is the candidates few on the 2nd amendment, if they don't pass that test, I stop looking. I will be voting Perry again this year.

Re: Kid's School Backpacks
I learned the lesson of keeping backpacks and such seperate a few years ago. Finished a dove hunting trip, got home a packed bags for a business trip into Mexico. When I arrived at the hotel and started to unpack I found 5 12ga rounds that I had overloooked. Since then I have a very different set of...

Re: Mexican Gunmen Fire on US Border Patrol
So it really does not matter if these drugs are legal or illegal, it is that small percentage of working, tax paying Americans are going to pay. Make them legal and all we do is expose more generations to the possiblity of becoming addicts, just like their existing ability to become alcoholic's. A s...

Re: Top US commander: Burning Quran endangers troops
I don't think any book should be burned including theirs. I also have that same view about flags. So when do we get to stop being the ones with all of the tolerance for such things. Our flags get burned and we turn the other cheek! Americans are beheaded, oh well it is just extremist! Mosque to be b...

I'm just waiting for someone to report that one of the smugglers was wounded or killed, and then send all of the boarder patrol agents to prison for attempted murder or murder. :banghead: :banghead: Why do we have so many people in this country that take the side of foreign invaders and drug smuggl...

25% of the voting public in Nevada is Hispanic. Reid is pulling out all the stops. On top of that my daughter like many of yours will be seeking student loans to help cover the cost of for her, vet school. We Americans do not need our college age sons and daughters competing with illeagals for funds...

What I fear the mostis that Barry and the boys will purchase the rifles with our tax dollars, and then destroy them. That would really make my blood pressure rise.

Re: Question for those who carry OWB
Guys I will tell you this, I have been here in Topeka KS for 6 weeks now. There are no "Printing" rules or laws in Kansas, as a matter of fact open carry is legal in Topeka. I have been trying to really look for people who are "Printing" and openly carrying, and have not noticed ...

Re: hypothetical situation (what to do?)
I have to take make some suggestions on this one. If I have a cell phone in one hand, I am not reaching for pepper spray with the other. If it gets to this point my strong side hand will be on the grips, the only question then is, is it still in the holster. If you are out that late at night, the fi...

Re: 5 of .22 Mag versus 2 of .38
Everytime talk starts about using a 22 cal for a carry weapon it is always pointed out that there has been so many people killed with a 22. You normally here how it is the weapon of choice for hit men. Ah but how many of the numerous 22 related deaths were in a self defense scenario. I suppose it ca...
