Yes, there is. He's a spammer. He's done that in all 7 of his posts. The dead giveaway was when he posted in charle's "don't be a jerk" thread as if he were a moderator.

The first thing I noticed is that the one one that didn't show the prompt displayed a different prompt noting that there were no new posts in that thread........so maybe it is tied to the activity in a thread:

The most likely answer is that it depends on your platform/browser combination. It could simply mean that your system is in need of a reboot to something. Maybe the system you're on which isn't doing it just needs the browser cache cleared. Who knows?
