Liberalism... don’t it just kill ya!

Kinda like the liberal DA of Dallas County making public statements about minor crimes no longer being prosecuted. It is like Broken Windows Theory doesn’t exist, and has not been proven time and time again.

Re: TX: brass knuckles, kitty keychain etc ban lifted...

Here's a question, is a Baton considered a club? I have my level 4 security commission, I can legally posses it but only carry it while in uniform, so if clubs become legal and a baton is a club, I could carry even off duty? Same question here. I"m taking L3/L4 security training for my church safet...

Agreed. This report has a drastic oversimplification of Texas law.

Re: Speaker Bonnen sued in Federal Court for 1st amendment violations, blocking critics on Facebook

All of you older guys spouting “but it is only Facebook” are extremely and insanely naive. You are projecting your own dislike of social media onto everyone. Anyone who remotely understands the concept of “winning hearts and minds” sees Facebook for the incredibly important cyber battlefield that it...

Re: Speaker Bonnen sued in Federal Court for 1st amendment violations, blocking critics on Facebook

Not impressed by frivilous lawsuits filed by hurt snowflakes and upheld by liberal judges. Where are the material damages???? Did CJ suffer a hang nail or perhaps an incurable yeast infection? No one is suing for damages... if you had, you know, actually read the post, you would see that they are s...

Re: Speaker Bonnen sued in Federal Court for 1st amendment violations, blocking critics on Facebook

Bonner and his wife are Proven Liars and deserve this Lawsuit! :tiphat: I agree that they are liars, but what does that have to do with this lawsuit? By picking and choosing which members of the public are heard from on a public page they continue to lie by controlling the narrative. But it's not a...

Re: Nervous LTC test

Welcome. Take your time and relax. The shooting portion is actually very forgiving. The biggest part is don't be so tense that you make a mental mistake like pointing your handgun anywhere but down range... THAT will get you failed. As has been said, get through the class, then worry about scoring w...

I will be in School Safety Instructor training in a week or so, I will ask them... but from my experience, the Trooper Trainers only know what they are told when they are told, so we will see.

Re: The face tattoo test works flawlessly

I would say any visible tattoo meets my criteria of “this means beware”... a tattoo on the upper arm or something, ok, fine. Neck tattoo, calf, whole sleeve, and especially a face tattoo... run away, don’t walk away.

Re: University graduation at city-owned venue

Public or private school? Private or “independent” schools and universities can post, no matter who owns or runs the venue, and it seems that the law backs them up. Public cannot post, period. But that begs an interesting question: what happens if there are signs and a large police presence? Unless...

Why any LE agency would not issue Glocks in the first place is beyond me.
