What I have noticed when dealing with people that calls themselves progressive is one is never sure if they are trying to sell you or themselves on their talking points. Seem more for the later than former to me anyways.

My 25 y.o. son and I took the same course together and I mailed our applications at the same time. They were both received by DPS on March 26th. In mid-May, my son's license arrived in the mail. I have yet to receive mine. I don't have so much as a traffic ticket, so I can't image what the hold up ...
