Re: Remington 700 5R

That is a beauty for sure. What is the 5R rifling? What all have you done other than the brake and optic? 11.25 rifling if I recall correctly. Same barrel profile as M24(???) rifle the marines use. Only other thing is a LaRue 20moa base. The vortex 3-9x40 will do for now as I don't plan on using he...

Re: MSAR STG-556

TR24G is the Green triangle post scope. I didn't really like the German #4 reticule. Plus, my HK USP 9 and HK USPC 40 both have Trijicon's Green front/rear night sights so I stayed with "green" . The trigger isn't bad at all. There is some initial take up/creep due to how far the...

Re: Winchester shell with slug AND buckshot

You should try Hornady's TAP FPD with flight control "tightwad" buck shot. I've had good results with it from my 870.

Re: Hammer fired or Striker fired

Hammer/DA/SA have second strike capability whereas striker fired guns do not  .

I conceal carry an HK USP 9 everyday and during competition I don't have a problem with her getting snagged on anything.

Re: Does your Carry/Defense Semi-Auto Function Flawlessly?

Re: Helotes Cornyval

Keith, The answer to both questions is yes. If they tell us the money will be mostly alcohol sales, the permit is written as 51%. And it would take a thorough investigation to prove that they did not get 51% and overturn the permit decision. To make a difference in a court case for unlawfully carry...
