I moved to TX last June, but due to house-hunting I didn't get my drivers license until January. Took the CHL course about 4 weeks ago but I've been holding off sending in the packet 'cause of the 6 month rule, which I now find out is no longer a requirement. Sure wish I'd known that a month ago ...
