The three-count indictment was handed up Thursday by a federal grand jury in Delaware, according to court filings.


Count One accuses Hunter Biden of lying on an ATF form when he bought the gun, by falsely swearing that he wasn’t addicted to illegal drugs or using illegal drugs.


Count Two accuses Hunter Biden of lying to the federally licensed gun dealer in Wilmington where he bought the gun. The alleged lie was related to the same sworn statement on the ATF form.
Count Three accuses Hunter Biden of illegally possessing the gun while using drugs or being addicted to drugs, which is a federal crime. He possessed the gun for 11 days in 2018.

The reason given is that they will be refiled in a different district.
Call me cynical but I expect one of two things to happen:
1) The federal prosecutor, under Garland, will neglect to file new charges and let the statute of limitations run out. (They have done this already with some of the charges against the "Smartest man" PINO Joe knows.

2) The feds will judge shop this to a friendly judge who will allow the original plea deal to go through.

Its good to be a Biden.

the hearing today really got me wondering which math does DOJ or IRS use?
the statue for IRS to be able to go after back taxes is 10 years
yet both the witnesses confirmed they were told no prosecution would be following on the tax evasion cases from from 2014 and 2013 as they had expired
hmm my math shows maybe the 2013 case is expired..but i don't have the date of charges. the 2014 cases fwd are within the 10 years
