I second Bullet Trap. I've been shooting there for several years and everyone knows me. I'll rent guns from time to time and the range officer will walk me through the gun if it is not one I've fired before. Now that is service!

make sure she shoots the XD-9sc before she buys. I've not shot the service size but those two might be two different animals.

I don't have any pics and this is probably not the gun for her. because of the less than quality finish that XD's have, I had Robar refinish the metals with NP3.
