Looks like maybe I just got a bad piece of leather. At any rate, they are taking care of me.

I sent them an email but from their website looks like they've "gone fishing". I'll probably have to return it if I can't come up with a solution.

I wonder if just running it through a non-soap dishwasher cycle would help based on the water/dry suggestion above.

Is it just me or does a new Kholster smell bad/wierd? I got mine and put it in the safe, then the whole safe smelled bad. Almost a ketchup/rank smell.

So I left it in the garage for about 2 weeks now and it still smells the same.

Anyone else? And any ideas what to do to get rid of the smell? I can ...
