What brought this up was a friend of mine has a group that is going to have a Utah instructor teach a class in Texas for Utah CHL (no shooting required just class room) for their requirements. Got me to thinking about Utah CHL with TX address and resident of TX.

CHL requirements

If I have a Utah CHL (which is recognized by Texas) , but live in Texas permanently, will the CHL still be recognized in Texas?
