Re: IN: Woman kills officer's attacker, now getting sued
Don't you wish that the rest of the Republican led State legislatures would take similar measures? We know that no Blue State government is ever going to move to protect the rights of citizens.. It is awesome that the attorney fees were assessed against the plaintiff.

Re: I believe 27 Constitutional carry states
Yeah, I think we hit the tipping point earlier this year on being in the majority of the country is unlicensed carry of some sort I'm not sure that even 10 more or 20 more States with Constitutional Carry are going to sway the extreme hold-outs - NY, NJ and CA. I'm fairly certain NJ will be dragged...

Perhaps someone smarter than I am can figure out how the Oregan situation and this one in California can be reconcilled https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/federal-judge-strikes-down-california-ban-of-gun-magazines-holding-over-10-rounds-5497129?utm_source=Morningbrief&src_src=Morningbrief&utm_...

Re: Project Veritas ceases operations, lays off all remaining journalists
 Project Veritas DID commit suicide. Best of luck to O'Keefe in his new endeavor - OMG! Board of Directors of Veritas committed suicide. Most likely all Rinos. Like Trump he probably won’t make that mistake again. :iagree: They probably all were Rhinos. But that begs the question: how did O'...

Re: "Unnatural evolutionary processes of SARS-CoV-2 variants and possibility of deliberate natural selection"
I recall talking with some Chinese colleagues in December 2019. They related the situation in Wuhan at that time, and it was already ugly. They sent me PPE and I was among the first wearing N95 masks (never believed the trash about fabric masks... you want a conspiracy? How about that the governmen...

Re: "Unnatural evolutionary processes of SARS-CoV-2 variants and possibility of deliberate natural selection"
I think it just "got away". If it was as deadly as first thought and it wasn't a respecter of persons, everybody could have been in trouble. The "hair on fire" response may have been in collusion with certain political entities. I have a different view. The virus was never as de...

Re: Empty chamber carry?
I was fortunate to attend one of the weekend sessions that Charles sponsored at the Pearland Shooting Club just after I got my then CHL. One of the classes in that weekend was retention shooting. It was eye-opening for me. That I could actually draw and fire one handed without looking where I was sh...

Re: "Potentially addicted" per my doctor
If it is any consolation, you are not alone. Several of the mental health related drugs have been classified as addictive and many of the mental health professionals will no longer prescribe them. We have all hear the stories about people who were diagnosed with mental disorders from severe depressi...

Re: Sign Changes - why?
The blue sign is an unenforceable sign that means nothing, does not exist in law anymore, and has no penalty for displaying so why would they bother to put effort into removing them? And why would TABC care about a sign that means nothing? When they become ratty or the window space is needed for so...

Re: Sign Changes - why?
TABC 61.11 was repealed by passage of HB1927, so the joke's on them (Sprouts, Whole Foods, etc.) and their sign vendor...... :biggrinjester: Perhaps not. The joke is really on the Texas public as the businesses enforce laws that don't exist - and get away with it. TABC seems to diowhat it wants to ...
