Re: reload ammo at Dallas Gun Show

The only reloads that I would shoot through my guns are my reloads. I've heard too many horror stories about gun show reloads to take a any chances. At least if one of my reloads damages one of my guns or even worse, damages me, I know where to find the person at fault. Not so with a gun show seller...

Re: small wallet

i've had good luck with business card holders from office supply stores. A simple bifold with a pocket on either side. They will hold the three for four pieces of plastic in one side, a few bills on the other side. Leather, about $5 to $8. :iagree: Get 'em at Office Depot. They are sold as business...

Re: So, anybody else CCW a mousegun?

I'd rather have a good knife. A 22lr is a better round than a 25. Although I agree that a .25 is not the perfect defensive caliber by far, I can personally attest to the fact that a single .25 gunshot wound is more than capable of causing serious injury and major blood loss. In fact it nearly cost ...

According to the IRS's own schedule, based on the primary SSN on our taxes, we should have gotten the direct deposit the week before Mothers' Day.

Be patient. Remember with the Colts that you have the advantage - they aren't making any more of them. They are still churning out plenty of Kimbers. :iagree: That gun will only appreciate in value. I'd only sell it as a last resort. Put back a little money every paycheck until you can afford a 191...

Case tumbler,holsters, grips FS/FT

For sale or trade: (DFW area) Time to clean out some of the unused gear that has accumulated. 1.) Frankford Arsenal Quick-N-EZ Case Tumbler. LNIB, was used to clean one load of brass. This was a replacement for another tumbler that quit working. Turns out the problem was just a loose wire connector....

Re: Me and the wife are proud parents of a new baby

I don't have any experience with the sub-compact, but I have owned two XD's (still have one) and they are hard to beat in my opinion. Once you get it broken in properly and the trigger smooths out you'll never want to shoot a DA/SA trigger again.
