I mailed all my stuff Oct 18, 5 days Before nexis and im STILL waiting for the background check.
Never gotten into trouble, clean record, never even had a speeding ticket! grrrrr..... what gives? :grumble

Not really. It just feels that way when you're the one waiting.

When I mailed mine in the end of May, it took 3 weeks after the post office said they got it before it showed up on line. I still had plastic in hand 40 days after they got the package.

I guess ill Start mine...

Oct 15 - Application filled out, paid, submitted online.
Oct 16 - CHL class taken.
Oct 18 - Document Mailed to DPS.

Its currently Oct 25, an entire week after mailing to DPS, and they still haven't said whether or not its been recieved...
