Re: Everytown Files Lawsuit Over Texas 30.06/30.07 signs for being "burdensome"

From the original post---
" By contrast, property owners who wish to exclude others for any other reason at all do not face these same burdens. "

What other persons may be discriminated against? With their reasoning the " No Shirt, No shoes, No service" would have to come down.

My camera is never on. If you want to see my face during a call, then we can meet in person or you can try to become a friend of family member.
It is possible for hackers to turn the camera on remotely. That's why I put tape over the eye to preclude it's use.

Re: Traveling to the North East

There is an alternative northbound route to go up on if you wish to consider it. I just traveled it in June and it avoids Md and NJ. Take 40 to Nashville, 65 north to Louisville, 71 to near Akron, 76 east to 80, 80 east to 81 north to 84 to Ct. It computes to 40 miles longer but it is a good route. ...

Re: Traveling to the North East

I would avoid NJ and Md if possible. You can get to Ct via I-81 to I-84. But it requires crossing NY. (It is a little longer but no tolls except for 1 bridge) Be aware that I-84 first exit east bound in NY, Port Jervis, (bottom of a mountain) will put you in NJ as soon as you go down the ramp. Md ha...

The most disturbing is that it shows him using our flag for a towel. I'm not allowed to use the words that are going through my mind. :banghead: .

Re: TX: ChiComs hold a BBQ in Houston

The embassy that I worked out of back in the early 70s had a large incinerator that we utilized for a few days before the deadline for us to leave the country.

Breaking down a gate is not "peaceful" protesting. Damaging private property would be an offense.

A 629 4 inch was one of my favorites until arthritis weakened my wrists and fingers. Sold it and hope it's being enjoyed. I miss it.

Re: AG Opinion Request RQ-0341-KP Restrict Sale of Guns

I think it's interesting how quickly this opinion was issued. Normally opinions take weeks or months to receive after the request is made. I wonder if it was so rapid this time due to the pressing and time sensitive nature of the issue or because of how easy it was to interpret and explain the law?...

Re: DPS unveils new design for LTC card

One last question on the card please. What is the reasoning behind not being able to have it on your phone (not carrying physical card)? You can have your credit card on it, why not driver lic or LTC? Great forum. Now understand why LTC not built into driver license. A picture of something on your ...

The Texas LTC already provides for this, but some retailers store policies require the NICS check in spite of not needing it. Blame the retailer
