For about 2 weeks now the quick links buttons keep giving me "access forbidden" on new posts or unread posts?. Why?

I find that a 4-5 ft walking stick is easier and more comfortable when walking for exercise. It keeps the hand and arm more elevated. Around the house a cane is more usable.
