mine finally changed to manufacturing on Mon. April 18, and today (Tuesday) to mailed!!! can't wait to see if it's in my mailbox when i get home.

Class, online app and mailed Feb. 24
finally updated on website Mar. 24
fingerprints complete Mar. 29
Background check complete/manufacture pending April ...

I got the update today (4/18), background check passed, so now just waiting on plastic to be made/delivered:
Feb. 24 – Took Class
Feb. 24 - Filled out application online
Feb. 24 – Dropped packet off at Post Office
Mar. 24 - DPS website updated to reflect only the following remaining:
