Re: TX: Seguin man holsters gun discharging into his testicle

Don’t think you can shoot yourself in the testicle with a 9; pretty sure you end up removing it.

Re: Ever looked down a gun barrel held in an angry hand?

Back in high school days; a good friend of mine and myself went up to a known “hangout” spot. We had never been there before and were “scoping” it out for that evenings festivities. It was a strange upscale development which was halted before it was completed. It was a series of roads and a few very...

Re: P365 ms or S&W shield 2.0

https://i.imgur.com/IbbmZgT.jpg I have not ever had a shield but did own an m&p 40 compact for years; it was a good gun. I never really cared for the trigger on the m&p although I felt it was not as terrible as some made it out to be. My FIL has a shield and it is very similar in feel and shooting ...

Re: Uh-oh... Trouble with my P239 EDC

Man that stinks. There is nothing like the let down feeling of an old trusted carry piece laying down on you. I have a p239 and love it. I also have a p938 which I love as well. The p365 is a great little piece, I carry mine quite frequently. I will say that nothing will make you feel a sense of con...

Re: War with Iran

What does it take to make a new water channels in Oman The depth is deep enough to float almost anything through but there are sections where it is critical to stay in the channel. My first westpac we transited the Strait of Hormuz from the Arabian Sea into the Persian gulf; man does it get narrow....

Being an old salt; a fire at sea scares me to the core. Fair weather and following seas to the lost souls.

Surfer, you know what they say, "ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR BACKSTOP WHEN SHOOTING!" :eek6 In your case, it applies double. When shooting pictures, be sure to get your foot and toilet paper out of the frame.  :smilelol5: :rolll "rlol" Sorry, I couldn't help myself. :evil2: Hahaha.

Re: No place but Dallas.

I see accidents (wipeouts) daily with these things. I have become callous and no longer even offer help.

Re: No place but Dallas.

My observation after working in Dallas for years is that at least 95% of riders are breaking the law ,as stated by city ordinance, when they fly down city sidewalks. Not an argument; a statement of fact.

Re: No place but Dallas.

I work in uptown Dallas and these bikes and the scooters which replaced them are a PITA. They are primarily ridden on the sidewalks where often inebriated youths fly across driveways and intersections with no regard for law or the safety of pedestrians. When done, these things are left scattered abo...

Re: New shoes

Man, those are really nice! That blue really pops in the sunlight. I have a 340M&P, and it’s a dandy little revolver....basically the DA only "hammerless" version of your 360 PD....but if I had to do it over again, I’d buy the 360 PD. Having an enclosed hammer may be snag-free, but I’d like the opt...

Thanks all I really like them. They are about impossible to photograph because they look different at every angle and in every light...maybe that is what makes them cool to me.

New shoes

https://i.imgur.com/WkcOVJS.jpg Please pardon the bathroom counter pic but it’s late and I didn’t want to wake the house. It took a while to get these grips but I’m glad I waited. They are light and a bit thinner than the stocks. I pocket carry and I think I’ve found snubby nirvana. Oh they are pre...
