I belong to Texarkana Gun Club, which has a 200 yard rifle range with covered benches, and multiple outdoor pistol bays with falling plates, cowboy "villain" silhouettes, and combat courses.
They run USPSA pistol matches, SASS cowboy matches, and club-run rifle matches in several categories. It is a self-policed, unmonitored range behind a locked gate (all members get keys). Membership is $50 per year.
Another option is the rifle range at Smith Park, a county park in Miller County, Arkansas. It's a 100 yard range with covered benches. A permit is required, which costs $10 per year at the Miller County courthouse in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Both ranges are a bit out in the boonies, but the drive is nice.
