He keeps saying Sen. Wentworth hasn't been persuasive, but Sen. Ogden is not making many organized, logical statements.

When I was in his district, I tried to contact him repeatedly about Campus Carry. He never got back to me.

At the College Station Tea Party, Ogden got up and talked about prayer in schools and abortions. Sorry, most of us were there to talk about TAXES.

I have zero respect for steve ogden.

Charles, do we have the votes or don't we?

So, is Sen. Duncan in support or not? He seemed to be hedging...

Well no matter what happens. Sen. Wentworth has done a great job, and he has my vote in future elections.

Why did they move it to Monday? What is going on (politically) that CHL'ers are now going to be victim of?

The bill is pulled down until Monday. No one is going to change Sen. Ogden's mind, but it should would be interesting if his phones and fax lines stayed busy for the next four days. (I'm not kidding.)

One of his campaign managers got back to me during the last election season. She was very adamant that because he was in the Navy, because his son is a Marine, and because he voted in favor of the original concealed carry bill and for the extension of the Castle Doctrine that I should overlook his opposition to so-called campus carry bills. I was not amused then and I'm not amused now. :mad5
