I spoke with the vendor who supplied the C Batteries for the WalMart.com deal. According to him WalMart catalogued them at the wrong price and he apologized for the error. I was issued a refund for the full amount. The number of the vendor Clean It Supply is 1-800-998-3295; the WalMart liason is Zack Morse, a very nice gentleman.
