A man found shot to death in north Raleigh late Saturday might have been wounded in a convenience store robbery that night, police said Monday.

Investigators said [Derrick Malik]Wiley was a suspect in a robbery of a Mini Mart in the 5500 block of Old Wake Forest Road. During that incident, a store employee exchanged gunfire with the robber.
Wiley was found with a gunshot wound to his leg, police said
