Could someone please share a WORKING email address for RSD Customer Relations?
I have tried:
rsd_customer_relations@dps.texas.gov (bounce)
rsd
customer_relations@dps.tx.gov (bounce)
RSD_Customer_Relations@dps.texas.gov (bounce)
RSD_Customer_Relations@dps.tx.gov (bounce)
I need to add words to a CHL-8 submittal. The Contact Us form no longer allows you to add text.
Should I type and scan it with the CHL-8? Do you think they will see it?
Thanks,
Bill

You have to use the "contact us" link to send them emails and/or documents.

If I felt compelled to add information to any official form, particularly one bearing my signature as "true and complete", I would absolutely include it on the form itself, not in a separate note (paper or electronic). Curiosity is killing me... what words might need to be added to a CHL-8?

This caught my attention when I saw "RSD" I thought it was referencing a more common medical term for a physical malady named Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. I suffer from it and was laughing as I read "Email Address for RSD Customer Relations" .
If you know anything about the condition you'll know why.

You should remove your PII from the forum. You need to contact DPS for changes to your license.
