What is the class schedule in and around San Antonio-Kerrville-Austin at the end of the month?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this so forgive me. My daughter will probably be moving to Missouri and is thinking of getting her CHL. I know the states reciprocate but is there any advantage to getting it in one or the other as far as state fees, qualifications, etc.? Thanks.
