MSNBC naturally, posted on Facebook by one of my anti gun Facebook “hunters” that doesn’t own an AR15.

So I guess I can use the same response my anti gun Facebook friends write when a stabbing happens “ she didn’t die”.

As usual the story does not give us enough detail to determine how this happened. I am betting on a failure in training.

Do we ban all cars when somebody else runs a red light or hits somebody from behind?

I constantly correct anti-gunners on social media when they talk about "all gun owners" then I remind them how they scold if we talk about all muslims or all minorities, etc., etc... But they don't care. Hate will be hate.

Also of note is this incident occurred in 2014. I'd suggest negligent discharges by school teachers like this is a rarity (and as DLH indicated a training/complacency deficiency), rather than a trend.

It's cute how the recent survey regarding laws allowing teachers to be armed (from Feb 2018) has been appended to this news article from 2014. Also note that this survey was overwhelmingly in favor of armed teachers (hitting 74%) before dropping in the matter of hours to 36% ( https://www.texaschlforum.com/viewtopic ... it=Teacher ) .

Cherry picking articles helps the narrator drive a narrative.

Here's the small discussion from 2014 http://texaschlforum.com/viewtopic.php? ... 7&p=935495

The link to the article in that topic says she fell while in the restroom and the firearm discharged.
