If she and Mad Maxine Waters keep talking, there may be a lot of seats in Congress flipping red in the midterms.
Yeah somehow I doubt that. Do you realize what district in New York she’s in? It would be surprising if there’s even a Republican running. I think the congressman she beat in the Democrat primary is running under the Working Families party.

Looks like the candidate is kind of embarrassed to have avowed Socialists stumping for him. I seriously doubt that even Kansas Democrats are ready for a Socialist takeover. But for the Republicans, the more the left swirls into that Socialist whirlpool, the better we will be come November. JMHO

Normally, I wholeheartedly disagree with everything people like her say, but this time, I'll make an exception.

Ocasio-Cortez is running against Anthony Pappas a Republican. He is a college professor of Economics at St. John's. The district is 6 to 1 Democratic.
Doesn't appear he is actually running a campaign. Hasn't even filed the paperwork with the federal election commission to raise money. I'll see if he has a Facebook page yet. Yes he has a personal facebook page, he has 1200 friends. I asked to be a friend. He did mention he was running for congress on one of the posts. Your page allows you two photographs at the heading. He has used the smaller portrait one. The larger banner photo spot was blank.

I know many are applauding this. But, my take is: I don't want liberal Democrats moving to the Republican Party, as then our Republican Leadership will be working hand in hand with these folks, instead of maintaining a somewhat pure Conservative outlook. We have enough RINO's already, now they could be getting fed? I don't mind them not voting, just don't want them to move my party more to the left, than it already is. They, the disaffected Democrats aren't going to change their spots into Conservative Republicans for sure.
