I have some previous arrests for traffic tickets turning to warrents when i was younger, I forgot about listing them on my app. is this going to create any problems for me?

As long as they were bench warrants you should be ok.

Yes, it will. Call DPS and see if you can get it added or if you need to resubmit your application. The arrests should not be a problem. Not disclosing them will be.

They will find the arrests and will eventually send you a letter asking for more information. You'll probably have to go to the courts and get the documents that describe the charges, fines/punishment, restitution, and whether or not it is all complete.

The DPS definition of "arrested" is that you were photographed and fingerprinted.

If you were just picked up, paid a fine, and it was over, then you were NOT arrested for DPS purposes, and do not have to list it on your application.
