The first of the 2 links above discusses the current self defense problems in Israel and features a mother
of 4 who has been dubbed the "Glocker Mom".
I don't know if it was the reporter who incorrectly dubbed her the "Glocker Mom", but in the story her pistol
is described as an Israeli version of a Glock. If any semi-automatic pistol can be considered "like a Glock",
I guess this description is in the ballpark, but not fully accurate.
The second of the 2 links above details what a "BUL Cherokee" is. It's made in Israel and based on a CZ-75.
She carries this pistol on her lap while she commutes because she knows that the IDF (Israeli Defense Force)
can't be everywhere. She states that her threats do have fear of citizens' response to attacks.
